We are committed to delivering KPI’s both to our professional bodies and our clients.
Our KPI’s indicate exactly how we are performing and if we need to make improvements.
We will not shy away from these responsibilities and will start to document our KPI’s from September 2023.

Time from appointment (notice served) to releasing plan check sheet or approval letter.

Time from receiving a consultation response (fire and water), to forwarding it to the client.

Time from the production of a site report to releasing to a client.

Training courses
Training courses delivered to external organisations.

Date plans
Date plans received, to date plan check letter released.

Inspections planned
Number of inspections planned / number of inspections completed on a completed project.

Non-active sites
Number of non-active sites (those were an initial notice has been served) that have received an inspection / file update in 3 months.
